EAP Eligibility
Foundations EAP partners with your employer to make wellness services available to all active employees. These services are independent of your health insurance plan, so you don’t need to be enrolled in the company’s insurance plan to utilize EAP services. However, if you are enrolled in a health insurance plan, and you exceed the number of free EAP sessions, we can help ensure a smooth transition by verifying your health benefits so that you can continue services.

Your EAP includes a predetermined number of mental health sessions and life management services. To find out the specific number of sessions available to you, please refer to your benefits booklet or contact us directly.

Your EAP benefits are made available to you by your employer and are free to you. Counseling services are HIPAA compliant and are delivered in a way that adheres to the laws, rules and regulations that govern how and when protected health information can be shared and with whom.
